Hills Engineering Co., Ltd. has launched a technology cooperation drive with Israel, which has a dynamic startup ecosystem, to strengthen its technology.

Hills Engineering announced on the 21st that it participated in a light house program launching conference held in Israel from April 9 to 14 to strengthen the Korea-Israel robot technology alliance and signed an MOU with Israel’s AI-based vision technology company.

Robot AI is a company that has high-quality technology that can recognize objects with various physical properties and accurately calculate the angle of objects based on high-performance AI. The two companies decided to continue follow-up discussions so that they can propose strong solutions to logistics sites by combining Hills Engineering’s excellent unmanned mobile robot technology with robot AI’s excellent AI vision technology.

Park Myung-kyu, president of Hills Engineering Co., Ltd., expressed strong expectations that artificial intelligence robots will be able to do more work at the logistics site with the cooperation of the two companies. This is expected to provide a strong driving force for implementing digital transformation (DX) in future smart factory projects based on the VOC of manufacturing industry customer groups owned by Hills Engineering.
